Registration and enrollment for the new school year are now open. We warmly encourage families to enroll their children in the Fryderyk Chopin Polish School. We kindly ask parents not to wait until the last minute and to take advantage of the lower early registration pricing.
As in previous years, we are offering two schedule options:
– Friday afternoons
– Saturday mornings
Please note that Preschool classes and Bilingual classes are offered exclusively on Saturday mornings. For younger children, this decision is based on their age and possible fatigue after a full week of school activities. Bilingual classes are held only on Saturdays due to school organization and the limited ability to further divide class groups.
The entire registration process can be conveniently completed online through our website:
fryderykchopin.org. Registration payments can also be made online. The minimum payment is $250 per child ($300 with religion classes). However, we strongly encourage families to pay the full tuition amount at the time of registration.
Mail-in registration is also available by sending completed registration forms together with a check to our administrator, Mrs. Anna Bajor (registration forms and mailing address can be found on the school website).
During registration, parents only select the preferred school day — Friday or Saturday. Final class placement will be assigned later based on the student’s current level and teacher availability.
We also kindly ask parents to order textbooks at the same time as registration so that books can be ordered on time and distributed before the beginning of the school year.
Important Registration Policies and Deadlines:
► Registration by June 30 requires a minimum payment of $250 per child ($300 with religion classes). The remaining balance must be fully paid by October 31.
► Registration after June 30 will incur an additional $50 late registration fee per child.
► After October 31, a $50 late fee will be charged for every started month of delayed payment.
► After December 31, if the tuition balance remains unpaid, the student will not be permitted to continue attending school until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
► A $100 volunteer duty deposit will be refunded after completing one assigned duty shift at one of the school locations.
► Childcare during religion classes is available for a fee of $125 for the entire school year, payable before religion classes begin.
► A 15% surcharge will be added to textbook orders placed after June 30. Late textbook orders may be delivered to classrooms with a delay of 2–3 weeks.
Dear Parents, you are the greatest ambassadors and strongest supporters of our school. In large part, it is thanks to you that we are able to educate future generations of young people to be aware of their Polish roots, culture, and traditions.
For more than 47 years, the Fryderyk Chopin Polish School has proudly served the Polish community, and we hope that with your continued support and shared effort, it will continue serving future generations for many years to come.
